Our Home Care Service provides absentee owners with peace of mind, knowing their property is inspected on a regular basis.
Home Care includes:
- Scheduled inspection including photographs and service report
- On-line access to reports, live video (if installed) and photos of your home (minimum 3 months required)
- Interior inspection including water systems and plumbing, indoor plant care, alarm system check, temperature and humidity control and mail retrieval
- Exterior inspection including landscape care, debris and trash removal, security review (gates, fences and alarms), waste management, vehicle care and window and door inspection
Home Care Fees:
- Weekly service: $100/month
- Twice per month: $75/month
- Discounts available for long-term contracts, advance payments and referrals
