Pre-Arrival Services
- A thorough inspection of your home to make sure it’s clean and in proper working order
- Turn-on and test water and appliances
- Thermostat set to for your comfort
- Fireplace clean and fire pre-built
- Open blinds
- Light housekeeping- dusting and wiping
- Light maintenance- light bulbs and minor repairs
- Exterior clean-up- Trash and debris removal
- Grocery shopping- We’re happy to stock the fridge and cupboard (an additional charge of the bill plus 20%)
