Pagosa Vacation Property Requirements

In order to achieve a remarkable guest experience, we have a few requirements for a home to be included in our Pagosa Vacation Rental program:
- Location- The property must be within 20 miles of Pagosa Springs
- Appearance and Condition- The property must pass our inspection, interior and exterior. A good rule of thumb for this market…we must believe your property can rent for a minimum of $200 per night. Don’t hold us to it…it’s just a rule of thumb.
- Exclusive Management- We must be the only management company representing your home. Multiple marketing efforts are okay (listings, directories, etc.).
