Concierge Service
- Pre-Arrival Call to review their itinerary, special requests and coordinate activities
- Pre-Arrival check
- Personal welcome, assistance with luggage and tour of the home upon arrival (8 AM- 8 PM)
- Welcome note and flowers from both the home owner and us (amenities available for an additional charge)
- On-site assistance with special requests or concerns
- Coordination of housekeeping requests
- Shopping service (additional fee of 20% of the groceries or items purchased)
- Tours and area orientation excursions ($25/hour additional fee)
- Departure service including luggage assistance and guest feedback
