Concierge Service is perfect for home owners or anyone who wishes to provide an added level of care for their guests. Designed to give people attention much like they receive in a fine hotel, this program is automatically included for homes in our Pagosa Vacation Management program.

Concierge Service

• Pre-Arrival Call to review their itinerary, special requests and coordinate activities
• Pre-Arrival check automatically included
• Personal welcome, assistance with luggage and tour of the home upon arrival (8 AM- 8 PM)
• Welcome note and flowers from both the home owner and us (amenities available for an additional charge)
• On-site assistance with special requests or concerns
• Coordination of housekeeping requests
• Shopping service (additional fee of 20% of the groceries or items purchased)
• Tours and area orientation excursions ($25/hour additional fee)
• Departure service including luggage assistance and guest feedback

Price

$150 per visit (includes 3 hours of personal service during the guest’s stay). Additional time is available at $25/hour.
