Pagosa Vacations

We provide the following services for $25/hour:

• Light Maintenance- These are things we usually find during our Home Care program, leaky faucets, light bulbs, etc. We’ll discuss anything we have the knowledge and tools to repair and doesn’t require a license or permit. And, if we can’t do it, we’ll suggest someone who can.
• Light Landscaping- We can handle occasional mowing, bed maintenance and even plantings. But, anything serious or long-term, we will suggest a professional landscaper.
• Light Snow Removal- We will remove snow from foot traffic areas and driveways. If it requires plowing, we’ll gladly coordinate that for you.
• On-site Presence for Contractor Work- Someone needs to be there when you have appliances installed or repaired, utility companies on-site or for any third party access to your home.
• Light Cleaning- Usually performed in conjunction with our Pre-Arrival service, we will dust, vacuum, sweep and mop, etc., to ensure your return to a clean home. We contract major cleaning to the company which handles our Pagosa Vacation rental program.

We will coordinate the following personal services on a per event occurence:

• Mail Forwarding- $25 per week which includes the trip to the Post Office.
• Snow Removal- $25 per call which includes our visit to make sure it was properly completed. If you’re on a contract with a snow removal company, we charge $125 for the season to manage them, and to cover for any inspections outside the Home Care schedule.
• Contracted Service Coordination- 10% of the contractor’s fee. This includes the coordination and follow-up to ensure the work was satisfactorily completed. (Does not include remaining on-site during contractor work, see above)
