We handle the coordination of maintenance, cleaning and other normal property management affairs. But, more importantly, we focus on the areas which allow you to achieve higher occupancy and average rates. We do this with aggressive hospitality…something most property managers don’t do so well. In a nutshell, we care for your guests and get them to spread the word.
Home Care- Regular inspection of your home while you’re away. Don’t return to your property with a mess on your hands. Home Check is an inexpensive way to have peace of mind while you’re gone.
Pre Arrival- Experience what guests feel when they arrive at one of our Pagosa Vacation rental properties. We make sure that your return home is warm and inviting.
Concierge Service- Perfect for home owners who have occasional guests, but are not part of the Pagosa Vacation Homes program.
