Reservation and Cancellation Information

Reservations
Pets- Pets are not allowed in our homes. However, we are happy to provide local kennel information.
Smoking- Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area.
Deposits- 50% at time of booking, remainder due 30 days in advance of arrival
Minimum Stay-
- Thursday-Saturday Arrivals- 3 nights
- Special Event Weeks- 7 nights and minimum 4 adults
Cancellation
- Greater than 90 days, full refund less credit card processing fees
- 60-90 days, 50% of your deposit is refunded less credit card processing fees
- 30-60 days, 25% of your deposit is refunded less credit card processing fees
- less than 30 days, the entire deposit is forfeited
