April-May ($125 nightly, $750 weekly)

March, Jun-Aug, Dec ($195 nightly, $1,170 weekly)

Easter, Spring Break, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year ($225, $1,350 weekly)

Additional things to know…

  • Additional $25 per person (4 years and over), sleeps up to 8

  • $100 Cleaning Fee, 8.8% Taxes

  • $200 security deposit for parties of 6 or more

  • 2 Night Minimum .. Sunday-Wednesday Arrivals

  • 3 Night Minimum .. Thursday-Saturday Arrivals

  • 6 Night and 4 Adult Minimum During Special Event Weeks

  • No pets, no smoking indoors
