Most property managers do just that…they manage property. They collect your deposit, send you some rules and hope they don’t hear from you while you’re in town.

We believe people want more from their vacation experience…that they want to feel special and cared for, much like when they visit a fine hotel or a friend’s home.

So, we act differently. We run a hotel…that’s spread-out. We balance the desires of our guests with the element of privacy one expects when renting a vacation home.

The highlights of our Concierge Service…

Before You Arrive

  • You will receive a pre-arrival call to review your itinerary, transportation needs, special requests and to  coordinate activities
  • We thoroughly inspect your home prior to your arrival to ensure everything is just right
  • Pre-stock groceries…comes in handy if you will arrive late (additional fee of 20% of the items purchased)

Once You’re Here

  • We meet you when you arrive, assist with luggage and provide a tour of the home
  • We provide on-site assistance with special requests or concerns
  • We coordinate any special housekeeping requests
  • We provide a shopping service both for pre-arrival or during your stay (additional fee of 20% of the groceries or items purchased)
  • We provide guided Tours, Day Hikes and area orientation excursions ($25/hour additional fee)

When You Leave

  • We provide departure service including luggage assistance
  • Coordinate transportation needs, car rental return, etc.
  • We make sure any items you leave behind are returned
